Bridget Gleason began her sales career in 1985 with Xerox Corp.; one of the early pioneers of the Solutions Selling model. Her uninterrupted sales success is a testament to the effectiveness of that model. Bridget received numerous achievement awards during her career at Xerox Corp., Wang Laboratories, and Visionary Design Systems (Hewlett Packard’s Largest Technical VAR).
In 1998 Bridget started Summit Group Consulting – a technology services organization in Silicon Valley. Bridget relinquished the reins of Summit Group Consulting in 2005 in order to instruct others in what has been her professional passion for the last twenty years – sales team effectiveness and excellence.
